My goal as a Loan Originator is to listen to each individual customer and come up with the best program to fit their needs. There are many different programs on the market and quite confusing to a first time Homeowner or a seasoned pro looking to purchase an investment property.I have helped many homeowners get into their dream homes, some very easy and closed quickly and others were very challenging to structure the deal so it would be acceptable to the lender's underwriting department. 

I have experience in all types of mortgages such as conventional, FHA/VA or Non-conforming mortgages to bank statement and DSCR loans for self-employed clients. Let's face it, we all those programs available to us, how I set myself apart is the dedicated passion with which I will give 1000 percent to get that particular homeowner into their home with conditions they can live with.
